Reality Support Services (RSS) is a small, person-centered company that excels in support coordination and specialist support coordination and counseling. Each team member has their own personal experience within the disability and mental health fields, providing the empathy and understanding you are looking for.
The team has Support Coordinators Level 2 and Level 3 with experience in hospital discharge, housing, CALD and ATSI, LGBTIA+, mental health, complex supports, navgating the NDIS system, and COAG principles. We aim to be responsive and create a connection between the support coordinator and participant or guardian in a manner that works best for them. This allows us to ensure everyone is supported and coached at the pace they require.
With a team experienced in handling diverse and complex needs, from hospital discharge to housing and mental health, you offer a comprehensive approach to navigating the NDIS system. Emphasizing a responsive connection between the support coordinator and the participant or guardian ensures that everyone’s journey is tailored to their pace and requirements. This person-centred approach not only fosters trust but also empowers participants to take an active role in their support plan, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the services provided.
RSS also has a choice of two counselors, giving you the choice of either a male or female counselor. Both have experience using various psychological assessments ranging from DASS 21, Kessler 10, GAD, K10, and MSE, and use strategies such as person-centred approaches, CBT, ACT, grounding techniques, ABC, and many other treatment strategies.

I have been on NDIS for some time now and finally came across a support coordinator who truly cares. Jo has been fighting against a system who has very little understanding of my disabilities and goes way beyond her reach in order to fight for my supports that should have been put in place under previous companies who claimed that they could support me.
