If your NDIS plan includes Coordination of Supports, then our experienced Support Coordinators are available to guide you and your family throughout the process.
WHAT DOES A SUPPORT COORDINATOR DO?
There are 4 key roles of a Support Coordinator:
- Help Participants connect to NDIS and other supports including mainstream supports.
- Build a Participant’s capacity and capability to understand their plan, navigate the NDIS and make their own decisions
- Broker supports and services in line with participant wishes and their plan budget
- Monitor plan budgets and support effectiveness

- Help to understand your NDIS plan
- Help to understand your budget
- Maximise supports
- Be more informed about all available options
- Help you to fee in control of your supports
- Assist or show how to use the myGov website and NDIS Participant Portal
- Increase your confidence
- Prepare for your NDIS plan review
- Monitor progress, resolving any further arising issues and suggesting adjustment of ongoing support when required
