I have been on NDIS for some time now and finally came across a support coordinator who truly cares. Jo has been fighting against a system who has very little understanding of my disabilities and goes way beyond her reach in order to fight for my supports that should have been put in place under previous companies who claimed that they could support me. She is so responsive and understanding of people who are not always the easiest to work with because of their disability.
