With over 25 years in the disability and community services sector, I bring deep insight, compassion, and real-world understanding to every aspect of my work. My journey from direct support roles to leadership has been shaped by a lifetime of lived experience within the disability community.
As the Director of Reality Support Services, my focus is on creating genuine, person-centred supports that empower people to live authentically and confidently. My counselling practice specialises in neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, ABI), emotional regulation, trauma, and relationship challenges. I use Play Therapy, ACT, CBT, and creative, strength-based approaches to support emotional growth and self-understanding.
My inclusive and trauma-informed style supports individuals and families across diverse communities, including LGBTQIA+, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, and CALD participants. Every person I work with is met with empathy, respect, and genuine care.
Outside of work, I find balance through life’s simple joys such as caring for my parrots and pets, curling up with a good novel to reset and be mindful, enjoying romantic comedies, and absolutely loving the moments when it is my turn to babysit and spoil my nephew.

Hey there, everyone! I’m Ibrahim, the self-proclaimed “man” of the team. I have a decade of experience in the health sector as an Enrolled Nurse. So, if you ever need advice on nursing or how to properly handle a lunch order, I’m your guy!
I’ve spent over ten years as an Enrolled Nurse, navigating the wild waters of mental health and forensics. Think of me as a superhero in scrubs, ready to save the day—just with a little less spandex and a lot more hand sanitizer. I’ve worked with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, CALD groups, and folks coming out of incarceration. So, if you’ve ever needed someone to explain how to make an amazing curry while also discussing complex support needs, I’m your man!
Passionate about improving people’s quality of life and working alongside people to overcome their barriers that may stop them in their tracks. I believe that everyone deserves to live their best life, whether that’s learning to cook without setting off the smoke alarm or just finding the right balance between personal space and a good chat.
In my free time, I like to spend time with family and friends, hit the gym, experiencing the different cuisines and hitting the natural beauty that the world has to offer.
