About Our Support Coordination Services
At Reality Support Services, we provide both Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination to help NDIS participants make the most of their plans. We understand that navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming at times, and our role is to walk alongside you, supporting you to build confidence, connect with the right services, and take control of your supports in a way that works for you.
Our Support Coordinators work closely with you to understand your goals and help put your plan into action. This might include finding and connecting with providers, supporting you during important meetings, helping you understand your budget, or working through any challenges that arise. We believe in building your capacity so you can feel more independent and in control over time.
For participants with more complex needs, our Specialist Support Coordinators offer a higher level of support. This includes working through complex barriers, managing risk, coordinating multiple services, and ensuring you have a stable and effective support network around you.
We are proud to support people from all walks of life, including individuals with disability, mental health challenges, and those from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, LGBTQIA+, and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. Our team is person centred, caring, and committed to providing support that is respectful, reliable, and tailored to you.

Recovery Coaching at Reality Support Services
Our Recovery Coaching service is here to support people living with a psychosocial disability who want to take positive steps forward in their mental health journey. At Reality Support Services, we understand that recovery looks different for everyone. That is why our Recovery Coaches take the time to get to know you, listen to your story, and work alongside you to build confidence, skills, and stronger connections.
We are here to help you navigate the NDIS and mental health systems, set goals that matter to you, and build a life with more stability and purpose. Whether you are working through challenges or focusing on personal growth, our Recovery Coaches will walk beside you every step of the way with understanding, encouragement, and practical support.
About Our Counselling Services
At Reality Support Services, our counselling practice is built on empathy, inclusion, and person-centred care. We support individuals across a range of mental health and life challenges, including disability, neurodivergence, grief, anxiety, and depression. Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward emotional wellbeing. Whether in-person or via telehealth, our counsellors are here to walk alongside you on your journey.
Reality Support Services is an NDIS Registered Provider (#4050104886) and our counsellors are registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA #30218).

I have been on NDIS for some time now and finally came across a support coordinator who truly cares. Jo has been fighting against a system who has very little understanding of my disabilities and goes way beyond her reach in order to fight for my supports that should have been put in place under previous companies who claimed that they could support me.
